Customer payments are due on the 1st of the month and late after the 10th; Late fee is $10.00

- Penn Vest grant - $2,685,277.00 and loan of $474,023.00 for 1% for 20 years.
- July 14 – 10:00 am – Bid opening meeting.
- July 18 – 2:00 p.m. – video call to go over bids.
- Sept. 20 – 10:00 – video call for closing

- Rich from Senate Engineering presented some drawings for new sewer plant.
- New meters are still being installed.
- Audit was done and accepted from CPA.

- Penn Vest application for grant work for new water tower was submitted and waiting now till April for answer.
- Semi-Annual report was submitted to DEP on January 18.
2022 CBSWA Meeting Minutes
From the CBSWA Meeting on 9-27-22
- We applied and got the sewage interim loan for the water tower.
- Still working on installing new meters, hoping finished this month.
- Still working on PennVest application.
- Working along on new sewage system with getting permits in order.

- Still working on installing water meters
- Shield Paving is going to give us millings for exchange for water for the project of repaving 208.
- Working on grant for new water tower.
- Still waiting for shipment of new twp. booster pumps
- Sewer meters will be calibrated this month.

- NPDES permit accepted and sent to DEP.
- Kaylor cases is finished.
- Audit is completed and signed off on.
- Received the rest of money for grant for new water meters.
- Moved for money into our savings to get better interest rate.
2021 CBSWA Meeting Minutes
From the CBSWA Meeting on 12/14/21
- Budget was adopted
- Meeting times for next year was set. Same as last year except April and Dec. Last Tuesday of the month at 6:30.
- Grant for water tank was submitted.
From the CBSWA Meeting on 11/30/21
Bryan Stewart made a motion for Marvin to purchase two rebuild kits for Grunfos booster pumps at $1,948.00 each and one shaft seal kit for $425.00. 2nd motion by Cass Bollinger. All in favor, motion is carried and approved.
Also, Marvin will get prices for new pump to move sludge from digestor to drying beds.
Marvin is still trying to get prices for new shed at trailer court property.

- 65 meters have been installed so far.
- Please continue to read your new meters until new computer program is installed and working.
- New Coupon books for 2022 have been ordered.
- Resolution 2021-12 adopted – First Modification to consent order for DEP.
- Resolution 2021-10 – Amended to change name correctly – for 50 year existence.
- Will get estimates to build a bus stop building over water valve at trailer court.

- We should have grant money within 2 weeks and new electronic meters will be ordered then.
- We will have a water faucet at the cemetery this spring by building for people to use at cemetery.
- Audit is almost finished with CPA.
